        Care guide

        Keep pieces looking new

        Leather bagsStore stuffed, in the dust bag, away from sunlight. Wipe with a dry soft cloth; condition twice a year. Avoid rain and hand sanitiser on the leather.
        Coated canvas (signature prints)Damp cloth only, no alcohol. Rotate use so the corners wear evenly.
        Sneakers and slidesBrush dry dirt first, then mild soap on a cloth. Air dry away from heat. Keep the box for resale value.
        Boots (Dr. Martens)Wonder Balsam or any leather balm monthly in the first season. Expect a 2–3 week break-in.
        WatchesAvoid magnets and steam. Service every 4–5 years. Keep the warranty card with the box.

          How it works

          Short answers to the usual questions

          What if the store cancels?

          Stores confirm within about a week of placing. In the rare case a store cancels (stock or payment check), Luxella either sources the same piece from another store or refunds you in full. You will see this between "Order placed" and "Order confirmed" on the tracker.

          What does ETA mean?

          Estimated arrival in India, counted 18 days from the day the parcel reaches our international hub. It moves if the courier is slow; the tracker always shows the live step.

          Direct vs via Luxella?

          Direct: once the parcel lands in India it ships straight to your address. Via Luxella: it comes to us first for checking, then we ship it to you.

          When do you need my address?

          At step 7, "Address requested". The Address tab and your to-dos will tell you. Share it there or on WhatsApp.

          What is "In hand"?

          Pieces we already had in stock in India. No international leg, so they ship within a day or two of payment.

          Returns and sizing

          Check the Size guide before confirming. For a wrong size or defect, send photos to Luxella within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out case by case.

          Brand notes

          Adidas Adizero runs narrow and about half a size small. Most people size up.
          Puma Speedcat fits snug and low. True to size for narrow feet, half up for wide.
          Coach slides and sandals come in US sizes. UK 8.5 is US 9.
          Bags and wallets have no size. Check the dimensions in the product photo before confirming.

          These are general guides, not the brand's official chart. Final fit depends on the model.
